Ban Pa Pu is located in Pha Bong sub-district, Muang district, Mae Hong Son province, far away only 10 kilometers from Mae Hong Son town. There are 30 houses, populations are Karen - hill tribes. The villagers made their own clothing. Most of materials brought from the nature. They are attached to each other. They grow cotton together with rice fields, made cotton yarn and dye it with natural color such as bark, leaf, fruits etc. These are not harmful to human body. The patterns in each cloth were imitated from nature and were called following the things which they imitated. Their products are blankets, bed sheets, ankle-length skirts, scarf, bags and home decorate things.
